We turn your product idea into an app for your customers. You choose whether customers use it for free or pay for it.

Use your app on your website
Your customers can open the app using a link or use it directly on your website. Every app comes with ready-to-use embedding code (iframe) in your account.
Add the code to your website
Once the app is ready, enter your website address in your account. Then copy the iframe code and paste it into an HTML block on your website.
If your app requires sign-in or payment, this also applies when it is embedded in your website.
Code, data and cancellation
- App code
- The JSON data export includes the generated app code (HTML, CSS and JavaScript). The generator and shared runtime remain with Renewstory. A ready-to-run package for your own hosting is not included.
- Your data
- Download your stored data as JSON under “Account & billing → Data & security” – including after your subscription ends, while your account exists. Export your data before deleting your account.
- After cancellation
- Your app remains usable until the end date shown in your account. App links and iframe embeds are then blocked. Open apps check access regularly and close when access ends. Your free account remains available.

Full guarantee terms
Try your completed app for 30 days. If you are not satisfied, request a refund in your Renewstory account or email info@renewstory.com within 30 days of delivery of the completed, usable app. We refund the full development price you paid to the original payment method. You do not have to give a reason or agree to rework. Your account shows the delivery date, deadline and request status.
The app remains available while your request is processed; provision and further hosting end when the refund is completed.
Separately charged hosting, market assessments and social media are excluded.
This voluntary guarantee is provided by Paragamix GmbH, Alte Dorfstraße 37, 39326 Angern, Germany. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. The guarantee applies to new development orders that include these terms.
