Palettaro starts with your existing sofa and flooring. Rules rank curated palettes by undertone, desired mood, style and daylight. The three options should look meaningfully different. This is a design recommendation, not a scientific color test.
The photo workspace creates a local photo montage. Furniture images can be moved, resized, rotated and compared with the original. It does not detect room depth or remove existing furniture automatically. Visual size is not a fit check; use the separate floor plan. Original retailer images appear only with confirmed image and usage rights.
Furniture planning needs real measurements. A scaled 2D plan can compare rectangular footprints; a perspective color illustration cannot. Missing dimensions, obstacles and delivery details must remain visible. A fitting rectangle alone does not prove comfort, accessibility or safe installation.
Floor area plus waste is rounded up to full packs; underlay and skirting can be included. Curtain quantities use window width, side overlap and fullness, rounded to full packs. Length includes the entered hem allowance. Furniture has editable footprints; retained furniture keeps its dimensions. Shipping, installation, contingency and an optional US tax estimate are included in the planning budget. This is not an installation plan or a binding retailer price.
A budget is fully checked only when all chosen quantities, variants, current prices and extra costs are known. Product subtotals are not a full project price. Missing information keeps the budget result unresolved.
Paint quantity uses net area × coats ÷ coverage, plus an explicit reserve. Coverage already stated for multiple coats is not multiplied again. Example: 20 m² × 2 ÷ 10 m²/L = 4 L; with 10% reserve, 4.4 L.
Development into a living room furnishing advisor is evaluated using ten defined scenarios, not real customer rooms. A competitive advantage is claimed only after observed comparative workflows.
